In most cases, Betadine Antiseptics are non-irritating and non-stinging to skin and mucus membranes. They do not permanently stain skin or natural fabrics and the treated areas may be bandaged, taped or otherwise covered, without the risk of adverse effects." |

Betadine Antiseptic Ointment is a topical application for minor cuts, minor infections, minor burns, abrasions and fungal infections. |

Directions for use: Apply directly to the affected area two to three times daily. May be bandaged. In case of deep or puncture wounds, or serious burns consult a doctor. Avoid excessive heat. |
