Can be used as often as needed and is safe to use with cold, allergy and sinus medications." |

| Usage |
|
Narium Buffered Saline Nose Solution relieves dry, inflamed nasal membranes due to colds, allergies, low humidity, minor nose bleeds, over-use of nasal decongestants and other nasal irritations. |

| Dosage |
|
Spray twice in each nostril as often as needed or as directed by a physician. Hold bottle and place nozzle between first and second fingers. With head upright, insert nozzle in nostril. Depress pump two times all the way down with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply. Repeat in the other nostril. Do not tilt head backwards while spraying.
Sinusitis Dosage: For the relief of sinusitis spray 6-7 squirts into each nostril, tilt the head for 10 seconds to each side, and tilt to front for another 10 seconds. |
