| Eno is a sparkling drink offering refreshing relief for stomach upsets. Available in regular and lemon flavour. |

| Usage |
|
Refreshing, temporary relief for stomach upsets including, indigestion and heartburn which can be caused by too much food or drink. |

| Dosage |
|
5g (1 level 5ml measuring spoonful) of Eno in water. Repeat in 2-3 hours if necessary.
Maximum adult daily dose = 6 measuring spoonfuls. |

Each 5g Eno contains:
Sodium Bicarbonate 2.32g
Sodium Carbonate 0.50g
Citric Acid anhydrous 2.18g |

| Warning |
|
If symptoms persist consult your doctor. A single dose of Eno contains 36.7 mmol (843mg) of sodium which should be taken into account by those on a sodium-restricted diet. |
