| Robitussin DM provides symptomatic relief from the family's congested chests and coughs. Robitussin DM contains the expectorant Guiphenesin, which increases the flow of natural secretions along the lower respiratory tract. This liquefying effect helps break up a cough - helps loosen congestion so you can cough it up and get it off your chest. It also contains Dextromethorphan. This cough suppressant helps quieten the cough for up to 6-8 hours on a single dose - lets you rest all night without that sleep-robbing cough. |

Robitussin DM is a cough suppressant and expectorant for an irritating, productive cough. Robitussin DM controls coughs and loosens chest congestion. |

|
Dosage every 6-8 hours: Adults and Children over 12 years: 10ml, Children 6-12 years: 5ml, Children 2-6 years: 2.5ml |

| Ingredients |
|
Each 10mL of syrup contains: guaiphenesin, dextromethorphan hydrobromide.
Also contains: ethanol, sodium benzoate and sodium saccharin. This product contains sorbitol which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea in some people. This is more likely if several produts containing sorbitol or related substances are consumed simultaneously. Sugar free. |

| Warning |
|
If cough persist for more than one week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, rash or persistent headache, consult a doctor. If you have persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or cough accompanied by excessive phlegm, consult a doctor before taking this product. If you are currently taking an antidepressant or are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, you should seek medical advice before taking this medication. This product contains sorbitol (5.42mg/10ml) which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea in some people. This is more likely if several products containing sorbitol or related substances are consumed simultaneously. |
