|
Dimetapp Colour Free Elixir is a cough mixture that relieves nasal congestion, itchy, watery eyes, sneezing, cold and allergy symptoms. |

| Dosage |
|
Dosage: - Children 2-4 years: 4.0ml 3 or 4 times a day.
- Children 4-6 years: 5.0ml 3 or 4 times a day.
- Children 6-12 years: 7.5ml 3 or 4 times a day.
- Adults: 10ml 3 or 4 times a day.

Each 5mL of oral liquid contains :
Brompheniramine Maleate 2mg
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 58mg.
Also contains: sodium benzoate, saccharin sodium. Sugar free.
this product contains sorbitol, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. |

| Warning |
|
This medication may cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive a motor vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If you suffer from: high blood pressure, asthma, heart or thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland, hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, or are taking or have recently taken antidepressant medication or are taking sedatives or tranquillisers seek medical advice before taking this medication. As with any medication, women who are pregnant or nursing a baby should seek advice before using this product. If symptom persist for more that 48 hours or are accompanied by a high fever, a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted. |
