This product has been specially formulated to provide the essential nutrients a woman requires prior to and during pregnancy as well as when breast-feeding.
Two capsules per day provide:
- Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) of most vitamins for pregnant women plus minerals and oils essential for baby's health.
- The full RDI of folic acid for pregnant women. Folic acid may reduce the risk of birth defects of the brain and/or spinal cord (spina bifida).
- Long chain fatty acids (LDFAs). The main LCFA present in breast milk is particularly important for children's brain and visual development.
- Iron for the formation of haemoglobin (red blood cells)
