| Usage |
|
- Gaviscon is ideal for the relief of heartburn and indigestion, also hiatus hernia, dyspepsia and gastritis.

| Dosage |
|
Dosage:
Adults: 10 - 20 ml Children 6-12 years: 5 - 10ml. To be taken after meals and before going to bed at night, up to 4 times a day. It is not recommended that you do not lie down or go to bed immediately after taking Gaviscon. |

- Raise the shoulders and head when sleeping
- Avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee, and chocolate
- Avoid tight clothing around the waist
- Try to maintain an upright posture
