| Usage |
|
Directions for using KP 24 Lice Foam:
1. Pour KP 24 Lice Foam onto dry hair. Use enough to thoroughly cover the scalp, including the back of the neck and behind the ears. Massage into a lather and well into the scalp and for at least 5 minutes.
2. Leave on hair for about 30 minutes. If the product gets into the eyes, rinse out immediately with water.
3. Rinse hair with warm water.
4. Remove all the eggs (nits) you can find after treatment. This is easier with a fine tooth comb (such as the KP 24 long tooth metal lice comb) and hair conditioner on wet or dry hair.
5. As a precaution, repeat treatment after 7 days to kill lice that have hatched from any remaining eggs that were not killed by the first treatment. If you find live lice or more eggs appear after the second treatment, seek advice from a health care professional.
6. Ongoing, inspect at 7 days intervals until the outbreak at school is checked. Re-treat only if you see live lice or their eggs. Don't use regularly or to prevent headlice.
For best results:
Inspect all members of the family for lice and if necessary treat at the same time. Lice can quickly spread back to people who have already been treated. Children at school may also need to be treated. Notify the school that your child has had head lice and has not been treated. |

| Dosage |
|
Directions: Wet hair thoroughly with warm water, apply 10-15ml of K.P. 24 Medicated Foam to the head and massage into a rich lather for 5 minutes, then rinse well. Repeat the directions and dry the hair with a clean towel. For maximum protection wash hair with K.P. 24 Medicated Foam every 6-7 days for a period of 6 weeks or until the outbreak at school is checked. Bed linen, hair ribbons, metal combs, hats etc, should be treated with K.P. 24 Soaking Solution prior to washing. Dead lice and their eggs can be removed more easily using the technologically advanced K.P. 24 Metal Lice Comb. It is recommended that all members of the household be treated to eradicate the lice. |
