uses the Australia Post Registered Mail System to deliver your order. All
Parcels will be delivered to the provided address and will require a
signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery
if no-one is home during business hours.
Parcels will be plain and unmarked
for privacy and security purposes. They will be dispatched on the same day the order is
received providing the order is received before 12:15pm (EST) and goods are in
stock. If the item is not in stock, allow an extra 2-3 working days for shipment. Orders with
prescription items will only be shipped when we have received the original prescription if it is not on
file. Please note that an order
containing products from the Bullivants/Blackmore vitamin range may take an extra 2 days for
shipment.

The Time Frames for Delivery are under "Delivery Time Table".
These times have been supplied by Australia Post and sometimes they can vary due
to individual circumstances.
Outside Australia
Air Mail (which is untrackable and uninsured) may take up to 14 days for Delivery.
We use
Australia Parcel Post for all our international orders. Please note that we are not responsible if a parcel is
withheld at customs or lost during transit. It is not an insured method of transport. However, we do
offer Fedex for shipment whereby the parcel is trackable at every point during transit and custom
clearance is done prior to shipment. Though it is much more expensive compared to normal post.
Please contact us if you wish to send via Fedex.
