| Usage |
|
Directions for use:
1. Form fist around unit (black tip down).
2. With other hand, pull off gray cap.
3. Hold black tip near outer thigh.
4. Swing and jab firmly into outer thigh (listen for click so unit is perpendicular (at 90 degree angle) to thigh.
5. Hold firmly in thigh for several seconds.
To reset, place gray cap on flat hard surface and re-insert trainer over the stem until the cap is released. Do not push on black tip. |
