|
Optifast VLCD (Very Low Energy Diet): Replace all meals with three sachets (40g each) per day. Additionally, consume at least 2 litres of calorie-free fluifds and up to 2 cups of low starch vegetables per day. A program of regular light exercise enhances wellbeing and the likelihood of success.
