| Usage |
|
For use as a mucolytic in conditions such as bronchitis and emphysema. |
|
|
|
| Dosage |
|
Adults: 10-20ml three times a day.
Children: 1-3 years 5ml three times a day.
Over 3 years: 10ml three times a day. |

| Ingredients |
|
Each tablet contains bromhexine hydrochloride 8mg |

| Warning |
|
There may be an increase in the flow of secretions at the start of the treatment. Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant, breast-feeding a baby or if you suffer from gastric ulceration, tuberculosis or severe liver or kidney disease.
Bromhexine may be excreted in breast-milk and so Bisolvon is not recommended while breast-feeding. |
